While decentralized exchanges are crucial for the entire crypto ecosystem and, if you ask DeFi enthusiasts, always a better option than a centralized exchange - we admit there are some traditional CEX features that are highly beneficial for the users.
One of them, without a doubt, is customer support. Truth be told, we know customer service is not perfect on centralized exchanges either, but enabling on a DEX is, well, extremely rare.
Dexvers aims to be more than just an exchange, we want to become a decentralized hub where users come to check out the most promising new crypto projects. We also want to build a strong community where users - even those that are new to DeFi - come and thrive.
Dexvers customer support is here to make sure nobody’s left on their own.
3-Tier Customer Support
There are a few reasons why we opted for a tiered system when it comes to customer service.
We make sure there is no ‘clogging’ and that everybody receives an answer
The potential issues have a different levels of severity
We wanted to offer additional features
This is the simplest level of Dexvers’ customer support and, most importantly, completely free of charge for all of our users.
We chose email as our default customer support method because you can easily attach files if necessary, explain in detail the issue you’re having, and have all the info in the same thread. Of course, our next tiers include chatting, too, but free email support for everyone was a must for Dexvers.
Our goal is to offer 24/7/365 support on all three levels of customer service, so everyone, anywhere on this planet can reach out to us at any time.
Each tier includes the features of the previous one, plus something new. So, the users that opt for tier-2 customer support will receive both email and chat support.
Chat support is dedicated to, let’s say, minor problems. Or to consult with our customer support agents about what to do before sending an email. Tier 2 and Tier 3 are not free, but we’ll make sure they are affordable to many.
Having a chat window while making swaps is, in a way, comforting because you know there’s always someone out there to assist you if you ‘press the wrong button’.
Legal & Accounting Support
We proudly say that our 3rd tier has some out-of-this-world features available, including calling the support agents on the phone and asking them about legal and accounting hurdles they may be facing.
Of course, we will have experts on the team allocated to address these questions since there will be many details to cover.
The idea for legal and accounting support came from our StarBurst program. In a nutshell, StarBurst offers new crypto projects free listing, promotion to our community, and a chance for support funding of $10.000 - $1.000.000 in DXVS tokens.
This tier was primarily made for our partners, but any individual user can purchase tier 3 customer support, too.
